Refund Policy

User funds that have been paid into Knightleague accounts are non-refundable. But, the money may be used to engage in tournaments, leagues, and other events on Knightleague.

A transaction cannot be reversed by the User once it has been finished and finalized on Knightleague. The following terms will apply if Knightleague determines in its sole and absolute discretion that a user should be permitted to cancel a transaction and receive a refund of the transaction amount paid by the User.

After deducting all relevant cancellation fees and taxes, Knightleague has entire discretion over whether or not to give a refund to the User in the aforementioned scenario. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method Knightleague used to register for the league. Before making a purchase, clients should also consider any supplemental terms and conditions that play a vital part in regulating the agreement.

Any refunds will be processed back through the first payment system or the financial instrument used to make the first deposit. It can take up to seven business days for the refund to be handled by the internal review team.
